Changes to the Petts Wood Conservation Areas - 

 

Bromley Council are proposing to extend the Chislehurst Road Conservation Area and to designate 2 new conservation areas in Petts Wood. 

 

The proposal is to extend the Chislehurst Road Conservation Area to include Birchwood Road (up to Crossway), Chislehurst Road (up to Grosvenor Road),  Ladywood Avenue and the majority of Princes Avenue.

The new Conservation Areas are The Thrifts - this will include the majority of Great Thrift and all of Little Thrift - and The Covert.

We understand that Bromley Council will be sending out letters to residents about these proposals which will give details about how residents can submit their views and opinions. The consultation runs until 14 December 2020.

 

PWDRA are supportive of the proposal and will be publicising information about this in the Gazette throughout the public consultation period.
