Petts Wood Library is located on Franks Wood Avenue, BR5 1BP at the top of the parade of shops on Queensway.
We are a lively community library, providing a range of books and services to people of all ages.
Membership is free, with any form of proof of address and the library card is valid in all 14 libraries across Bromley.
Books can be issued and returned in any Bromley Library. The loan allowance is 25 books at a time for a period of 3 weeks and renewals can be done over the phone during opening hours on 01689 821607 or by logging on the website https://prism.librarymanagementcloud.co.uk/bromley/home
You can also download the Bromley Library app which is available on the App store or Google Play.

Daily newspapers available are The Guardian, Financial Times, The Times and The Daily Telegraph.
Printing, scanning, photocopying and Wi-Fi printing are also available here.

We also have a range of events for all ages:
Bounce and Rhyme for babies, Stay and Play for toddlers, Books Aloud for 4-7 year olds, Lego club for under 10s,Reading groups for children – Chatterbooks, Reading groupsfor teenagers-Fully Booked and adult reading groups.
We also have a monthly Hard of Hearing group and Tea Time Talks with a range of speakers. Some events are bookable or may be for members only.
